Movie Ticket Exchange/Refund Policy:

For ticket refunds:

Cash refunds for tickets can be obtained in person at the Cinemas any time before your scheduled show time.

For ticket exchanges:

Has something come up and you are no longer able to attend your scheduled show? No problem! Please contact us and let us know! You can reach us by emailing manager@yelmcinemas.com, or calling our customer service line at (360) 458 8933, before your scheduled show time and our team will switch your tickets to a different date/time/movie of your choosing. Please be aware some tickets may not be eligible to be switched due to price differences between ticket types and show times.

Rated R film Policy:

Patrons aged 18 and up are considered general admission to rated R films. 

Patrons aged 17 may purchase a ticket for themselves to a rated R film. ID must be presented to our staff to verify.

Patrons aged 16 and under, or patrons aged 17 without a valid ID will not be allowed admission to rated R films if not accompined by a patron aged 18 and up thorughout the duration of the film.

Please note: Yelm Cinemas does not offer child discount tickets, or free child admission to rated R films.
